Return Policy
At The House of Myra, each piece is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packed with attention to craftsmanship and detail. In the event you receive a wrong or damaged item you may return the product to us for a full refund. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product to our USA warehouse.
In the event we have stitched the product with wrong measurements you may return the item to us for a full refund.
If for any unexpected reason like a courier delay etc you do not receive your item within a maximum of 30 days we will provide a full refund.
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the items we cannot offer return and refunds for reasons like “changed mind” or if the measurements and sizes chosen were not accurate. Please refer to the size guides, take your measurements and ask us any questions at all.
30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The saree must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged

The blouse must be unstitched

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The House of Myra is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Because customized and stitched pieces are prepared specifically for each order, they are considered final sale.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the eligible product first and placing a new order separately once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must remain unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Customized, stitched, altered, or personalized items may not qualify for cancellation or return under applicable exemptions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Final Sale Items
Sale items, gift cards, stitched blouse orders, customized items, and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
